CRITERIA AND NOTIFICATIONS

Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed application form available in the website of Tellicherry Co-operative Hospital. Website : www.tchthalassery.com
Applications in the prescribed forms and through Email only will be accepted.
The Application duly completed in all respects along with copies of certificates proving Educational Qualification, Experience, Age, Caste, etc. should be sent by Email to [email protected].
Application Form must be in MS Excel format and other attached eligible certificates must be in single PDF file.
Dully filled application form should be saved as “Name of the Post (space) Name of the Candidate” (Eg: Computer Operator Nijeesh)
Attachments should be only one PDF file and saved as “Name (space) certificates name” (Eg: Nijeesh Certificate)
Applications should be reached before 15th June 2022 by 5 pm.
Candidate should mention the name of Post applying for in the Subject line of Email.
Separate Email application should be sent, if the candidate is applying for multiple posts.
Candidates should satisfy themselves about their eligibility.
Candidates should have a valid Email-Id and mobile number which should be kept active till the declaration of final result. No change in Email-Id and mobile number will be entertained during the entire process of recruitment.
If at any stage, it is found that any information furnished in the application is false/incorrect/incomplete or if according to the Hospital, the candidate does not satisfy the eligibility criteria, his candidature/ appointment will be cancelled/terminated.
In all matters regarding eligibility, assessment, prescribing minimum qualifying standards in selection process, number of vacancies and communication of result, the Hospital’s decision shall be final and binding on the candidates and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
Hospital will send call letters for the Examination/Interview etc. through the registered E-mail ID. Candidates are advised to keep their e-mail ID active for receiving advices, viz. call letters, Interview date advices etc. If the communication sent to registered e-Mail ID / mobile number, fails to get delivered for any reason Bank will not take any responsibility.
Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
The last date for receipt of applications is 15.06.2022.
Selection will be through screening of application, written examination, Group Discussion, Practical/Skill Tests and Interview.
